The Asia Petrochemical
Industry Conference

Asia's largest gathering of the petrochemical industry — convening in Singapore for its 2027 edition, hosted by the Singapore Chemical Industry Council.

WHAT'S APIC

Asia's largest chemical industry conference

APIC is the largest international conference of the chemical industry in Asia, with over 1,500 participants from the petrochemical and related industries, drawn from more than 40 countries around the world.

It originated from EAPIC — the East Asia Petrochemical Industry Conference — founded in 1979 by Japan, Taiwan and South Korea. In 2000, the founding members opened membership to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and, from 2004, India, as the petrochemical industries developed across Southeast Asia. The conference was renamed APIC and is hosted by member countries on a rotational basis.
